If you can afford to pay for this sort of ad, go ahead and click the payment method and select your payment method; credit / debit card, paypal or direct debiting from your bank account
• If you skipped the payment method, it means you do not want to pay facebook for extra advertising on facebook, and you want to promote your page yourself. The next page shows your business page ready for publication
